Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines

The registration prices mentioned are in Euro and are exempt from VAT.

* Students HAVE TO present a valid Student ID/proof of status which MUST uploaded during the registration process.
Registration cannot be completed without uploading this valid document.

Payment

  • Payment through credit card is due at the time of registration (AMEX, Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA). 

  • Please note that the invoice will be issued by IST-iD in accordance with information provided on your registration form. 

  • A fee of € 20 will be charged for the reissue of invoices

Confirmation

  • The registration will only be complete when you receive an email confirmation

  • If you do not receive the confirmation by email, please check your spam/ junk mail inbox before contacting us: spa@spa2023.org

Certificate of attendance

  • In order to reduce the amount of paper used at the SPA2023 Conference, participants will receive a "Certificate of Attendance" in pdf format after the conference has ended.
